This is what happens when a couple of nerds feel lonely or bored. This website allows you to rate attractiveness on separate pictures, and then “averages” the images to show beauty and to remove unattractiveness. Submitted on Digg, it is faring pretty well for itself, but the inevitable overload of hits to the aforementioned site has crashed it (Although it should be back up soon). The University of Aberdeen, who designed the site, wanted to create a psychology experiment that examined how attractiveness is measured. I think it is a pretty cool ideas, and I signed up for the study.
